We are currently seeking an Catering/Conference Services Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious team!

Skills / Requirements

Computer Skills/Experience:

1 to 3 years prior hotel experience in Catering Office perferred.
Delphi & Daylight experience perferred.
Microsoft Office Skills perferred.
Able to multitask in a fast pace environment

Education:
Four-year degree in hosptiality or other business related field desired.

Communication skills:
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with guests,vendors.
Must read,write and speak English fluently
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
