We are currently seeking an PBX Operator to join our prestigious team!

Displays, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.
Welcomes hotel guests with a smile over the phone, an emphasis on fulfilling guest requests, and following instructions as well as hotel procedures.
Handles a multitude of keys.
Handles multi telephone lines.
Blocks rooms for cash paying guests.
Works closely with the Concierge staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest luggage and follow up on guest requests.
The ability to handles guest concerns or complaints over the phone.
Works closely with the bellman staff to coordinate the efficient handing of guest faxes and following up on guest requests.
Keeps all support departments informed of necessary information or requests.
Handles the distribution of mail to the correct destination.
Assists the front desk in folding key packets and comment cards.
Assists with checking movies and adjust when necessary.
Inputs wake up calls in system.
Logs wake up calls, faxes, notes, letters, mail, package and guest request.
Assists with handling hotel emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism.
Performs tasks and projects as delegated by the Front Office Managerment.
Manage guest requets in HOTSOS.
