We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Seeking a sales-minded Vacation Planner who possesses the skills to sell reservations via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and online web chats in a positive and professional sales office environment. This agent should be courteous, self-motivated and detail oriented. Ability to manage sales leads a must. Knowledge of NAVIS Narrowcast applications a plus. Generous sales incentives will compliment wages earned.

Skills / Requirements

Must be able effectively communicate verbally and in writing with owners, guests and team members.
Previous reservations experience desired.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish desired
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
